Rules and Regulations
1. Guest Limit: The stated people limit for each package includes all guests, whether they are golfing or not. Please ensure you do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed for your chosen package.
2. Decorations: No outside decorations are permitted. This helps us maintain the quality and cleanliness of our facilities.
3. Glitter and Sparkles: The use of glitter and sparkles is strictly prohibited. This includes glitter or sparkles on gift bags and other items, again we do not want glitter anywhere inside!!!!) Do not get upset when we ask for it to be removed from the building.
4. Outside Food and Beverages: No outside food or beverages are allowed, with the exception of cakes or ice cream for celebratory purposes and ONLY FOR PARTY PACKAGES!!
5. Late Departure Fee: Parties exceeding their allotted time by more than 10 minutes will be charged \$100 for the next hour. (Not kidding!!!) We strictly enforce this policy to ensure the smooth operation of our schedule.
6. Deposit: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event.
7. Social Media: We reserve the right to post photos and videos from parties on our social media channels for promotional purposes. Your consent to this is implied upon booking.
8. Supervision of Minors: All guests under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older) at all times.
9. Liability Waivers: All participants must sign a liability waiver before using the golf simulator. This is to ensure that everyone understands the risks involved and agrees to hold us harmless for any injuries sustained during their visit.
10. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises. Please step outside if you need to smoke or vape.
