1. General Use
Welcome to Max Swings! By using our golf simulator facilities, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We offer a two-bay golf simulator experience designed for entertainment and skill improvement. We expect all users to treat the equipment and premises with respect.
2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made online or via phone.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation.
- You must leave no later than 5 minutes after your reservation ends to ensure the next group can set up and log on.
3. Use of Equipment
- Our simulators are equipped with advanced technology; please follow any instructions provided by our staff to ensure proper use.
- Users are responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by misuse or negligence.
- Always use caution when swinging clubs inside the simulator bay.
- Only one person on the turf while someone is hitting
- Only clean shoes allowed on the turf
4. Alcohol Policy
- Guests are permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages.
- Responsible consumption is expected at all times.
- Max Swings is not responsible for any incidents or accidents related to alcohol consumption on the premises.
- We reserve the right to ask anyone who is visibly intoxicated or behaving inappropriately to leave the premises without a refund.
5. Club Rental
- We offer free club rentals as a courtesy to our guests.
- These clubs are to be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as received.
- Any damage to rental clubs will be assessed, and the user may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
6. Liability
- Max Swings is not liable for any personal injuries or loss of personal belongings while on the premises.
- Any injury on any person(s), it is not Max Swings responsibility
- Users participate at their own risk.
7. Conduct
- We maintain a family-friendly environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises.
- Please clean up your bay to the condition it was in when you arrived.
- Max Swings reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions.
8. Amendments
- Max Swings reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The latest version will always be available on our website and at our facility.
